There is not a limit to what you can request but the delivery of each design is one at a time. If there are revisions then this will add more time to the request. If there is a large project such as a 40-page catalog then pages will be delivered a couple pages at a time. The same process would be applicable with a larger website build. 1-2 page concepts a day.
When you subscribe, you will have access to a Trello board where you can create a card with links to your creative briefs, examples of work, screenshots, instructions and specs to inform the designer of the project. When you are ready, move one card into active requests and assets will be delivered in 24-48 hours.

No. Just like Netflix, if you have watched films for a month then you cannot ask Netflix for a refund if you have already used the service. This subscription is higher priced than the $15 a month that Netflix requires and we understand that. But, if you ask for a quote for a month's worth of work from any senior level or highly-experienced designer then you will receive a very similar billing price and very similar standards. Once work begins, time is spent and designers cannot get their time back for work already delivered.
